About Carol Benton

Hi there!

I’m Carol Benton. My focus is on your sense of personal growth, integration, liberation, expansion and transformation. In addition to talking and hypnosis, either in person or online, services may include tailor made experiences, process work, nutritional guidance, artist's muse and inspiration coaching. I also can make suggestions for health and wellness seminars, retreats, ceremony, travel, and/or various somatic healing modalities.

A clinically certified hypnotherapist, working with clients worldwide via Zoom remotely and seeing ‘in person’ clients in San Diego. I graduated with Honors and Awards from the prestigious Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first nationally accredited college for hypnotherapy training in the nation. In addition to completing annual requirements for continuing education, I confer regularly with mentors for supervision sessions. 

I believe in living in alignment with the mind body spirit connection and that a life infused with JOY, LOVE and PEACE is available for us to reclaim as our rightful heritage. When we change our thoughts and our subconscious programming, our world improves and we move towards a life of expanded possibilities.
